*Minimum Guaranteed Quantity:*
Our Live Magnet Station bookings work on a minimum guaranteed quantity. For example, if you book 200 magnets, the charges will be applicable for 200 magnets regardless of the actual number of magnets used at the event.
*Travel Charges:*
Events outside Bangalore will attract additional travel charges, depending on the location.
*Outstation Events:*
For events outside Bangalore and especially outside Karnataka, additional travel and accommodation arrangements/charges will apply. Accommodation will be required for out-of-state events.
*Final Pricing:*
The final quote will be shared based on the event location, date, time, quantity, and other event requirements.
