Orders & Customization
* Please carefully check all names, spellings, photographs, dates, logos, and customization details before confirming your order.
* Giftengr is not responsible for errors in customization caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
* Once customization/production has started, changes may not be possible.
Payments
* Orders will be processed only after the required payment is received.
* For bulk/customized orders, payment terms may vary depending on the order.
* Any applicable delivery charges will be communicated separately.
Product Images
Due to lighting, screen settings, printing, engraving, and material variations, the final product may have minor differences from images displayed on the website.
Customized Products
Because personalized products are made specifically according to customer requirements, they may not be eligible for return or exchange except in cases of damage, defect, or an error attributable to Giftengr.
Bulk & Event Orders
For wedding, corporate, event, and bulk orders, the customer is responsible for providing accurate quantities, customization details, and delivery information within the agreed timeline.
Intellectual Property
Customers must ensure that they have the necessary rights or permission to provide photographs, logos, artwork, or other content for customization.
Giftengr reserves the right to refuse an order containing content that is unlawful or infringes another person’s rights.
